When we intentionally bring our curiosity into our feelings, making new perspectives, illuminating what’s there — we stand in an act of courage and change.
Be curious about your own feelings.
And be curious about other peoples feelings.
Because what happens when we invite our own feels, their diverse views and passions?
And what happens when we radically bring our concern for each others feelings well-being?
And what happens when we radically bring our concern for each others feelings well-being?
Yes, you do get me right! we are giving our feelings a chance to have feels of their own.
What happens when we dismiss the well-being and presence of what’s living within us?
Some feelings we suppress, because we learn that this is the safest way to interact with society.
…to not bother
But through minimizing our own presence within, we cut off the ties that makes our connectedness. Our views outward gets blurred.
What happens when we cannot see clearly? Do we hide? Do we attack? Do we please? Do we freeze?
And how does this show up in the world over time?
generation for generation.
What happens when people with material resources are closed off from the resources within themselves? Are they utilizing their resources for the best possible outcome for the collective, or are they using their resources in an tragic attempt to clarify and magnify their own vision, one that was bothered, and possibly involuntary passed on a few generations earlier?
So ask yourself, in the belief, that you are connected to the whole wide world
How can I be more curious about what discomfort lives within me, in relationship to the world around me?
How can I (allow myself to) ask it joyfully when the cause are really tough?
How can I find my theme and entry point of curiosity?
How can I be intentional about where to go?
How can I put my curiosity into actionable steps?
And when I’m not ready, how can I sit with it and allow the unreadiness its space?
knowing that within my unreadiness there’s a process that takes place.
knowing that within my unreadiness there’s a process that takes place.
for my hurt isn’t a puppet of rush, rather a dance between
heartfelt cries and a gentle souls soft touch.
heartfelt cries and a gentle souls soft touch.
This is one of the reasons why our book, Joy Through The Seasons, was created. To gently illuminate, to weave together, and to ripple.
We cannot directly support everyone at once, but we do believe that through our intention there is a ripple that holds the power to bring change greater than one we can see.
